-7 Detailed record keeping

-8 Willingness to share info.

 

Direct marketing:

1- Road side stands

2- Farmers markets

3- Resturants

4- Pick your own

5-  Entertainment farming

 

Whole Sale marketing:

-Co-ops

-Health Food Stores

-Brokers/ Packing house.

Labor Considerations:

-Size of farm

– Crop type

-Market

-Equipment
